Job Description We are looking for Skilled Labors for a project that we have available, in Cuba, New Mexico. Southland Staffing has an immediate need for five Laborers assisting on a solar project. You will be helping operators unload, shake out, and install pipe for a solar utility project. Pay is $16-$18/HR and offering $100 per diem for days worked. Responsibilities • Site construction clean up: Sweeping, throwing away garbage, etc. • Working and handling materials and debris. • Moving, securing, installing, building, and loading or unloading materials • Assisting in the building or construction of various things • Some specialized tasks may require on-the job training, which we provide • Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment • Moving items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor • Moving dirt or other material as directed in plans or by supervisor Qualifications & Experience • Experience on commercial construction sites preferred • Comfortable wearing PPE and safety equipment • Adapt to working in outdoor conditions (for instance low/high temperatures, rain, snow, wind, etc) • Able to lift heavy items (50 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc. • Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency • 6/10 Work Schedule • Minimum age 18 • Provide personal transportation to and from the jobsite • Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization • Must pass 10 panel drug screen and background check Benefits • Health insurance • Vision insurance • Dental insurance • Weekly Pay • Direct Deposit • Referral Program IF INTERESTED, CALL BRITTANY @ 225.800.7693
