READ FULL DESCRIPTION I'm looking for a Framing Carpenter. Someone that knows how to build decks and frame additions. I had 2 guys that recently moved but I already have 3 contracts ready to go. I need someone to fulfil the work. Job 1 - 15'x15' addition: 3 walls with roof attaching to back of existing house Job 2 - Large Pergola Job 3 - 20x15 Deck All jobs are ready to go with permits. I will supply all materials. I have insurance. And I will deal with the customer. I simply need someone to handle the labor. You must know what you're doing as I will not be there on a regular basis. You will likely need at least 1 more person to help you. Pay equates to roughly $600/day. You can split this however you please with your helper. Must work a minimum of 8 hours per day until job is done. When you inquire about this job please explain to me what your experience is. You must have ALL of your own tools, transportation, and a good working phone.
