Warning on SCAMMERS when you post a lost item! I have a lost item posted here and have received responses from several scammers. The latest is from someone named, 'Jeffrey" with a last name that is also a common first name. He told me he found my item. I told him he needs to email me a photo of the lost item and I do all meetups at one of the local police stations. He replied,'Forget it then.' He later responded he was going to sell it and have some cash. To that I responded, the pawn shops have this on file and police reports have been filed. So, just be careful out there. This is the third type of response I've received in regard to my item.
