Description

Roberts Electrical Contracting seeks a Warehouse Manager with 3+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the electrical industry. Overview of Position: As the sole Warehouse Manager your responsibilities will include warehouse receiving, track/organize inventory, deliver materials, and manage the check-in & check-out of company tools. A portion of your day will be spent delivering materials/tools to jobsites as directed by Operational and Project Managers, the other portion of your day will be spent accepting deliveries, tracking, organizing, and storing materials/tools. You will track tool inventory and ensure all tools are checked out to the correct employee and returned when not in use. All material and tool inventory will be logged electronically using Microsoft Excel. In this role you must be detail oriented, self-sufficient, organized, and prioritize tasks based on urgency. You will work closely with the Operational Manager and Project Manager teams to meet material delivery schedules, and ensure materials are released from the warehouse at the correct time. You must have experience working in excel, and email. Essential Functions: • Arrive at the warehouse on time, every day ready to work • Interact with vendors and customers in a professional and courteous manner • Conduct all work to the very best of your ability, as if it were your own home/business • Notify Operational and Project Managers immediately if delivery and inventory plans have changed • Follow and meet material delivery schedules • Manage tool inventory and ensure tools and equipment are returned and functioning properly • Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe and hazard-free workplace • Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse to reflect cleanliness, efficiency, and organization • Report any issues to management • You will be required to use and monitor your company email throughout the day • Operate forklift, liftgate, pallet jack, and drive company vehicle • Ability to lift/carry heavy objects and boxes • 40-hour workweek, Monday thru Friday Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience managing a warehouse, tracking inventory, and materials delivery • Solid working knowledge of electrical parts/materials is strongly preferred • OSHA Forklift certification preferred • Must meet Roberts Electrical Contracting’s requirements to drive company vehicles • Must have strong Microsoft Office experience, and the ability to effectively communicate via email Knowledge & Skills: • Positive attitude • Take initiative and embrace leadership • Efficient time management • Strong communication skills • Committed to being a team player Position Benefits: • Salary $50,000 - $60,000/year (based on experience) • Paid Health Insurance • Dental and Vision Insurance Available • 401(k) match • Paid Time Off • Paid Holidays • Company Vehicle for delivery use • Company cell phone and computer At REC you’ll have the opportunity to build a promising career in which you are a valued member of a collaborative professional team.
