Foster Remodeling is looking for a Skilled Carpenter/Handyman to perform a broad range of home remodeling warranty items & execute small projects confidently, without supervision, while maintaining our award-winning reputation.  When we renovate your home, we become your contractor for life, no matter the size or scope of your home improvement needs!  Our clients are our family and we build trust in a lasting relationship.  Projects completed are for Repeat and current customers-folks who truly appreciate our high level of service. Ideal candidate is a jack of all trades with experience in maintenance/ remodeling- who enjoys a change in every day work, and a challenge in remodeling. Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment. Tasks could include: -Demo -Drywall patching repair -Painting  -Investigate & Repair Leaks -Small Remodel Projects -Door & Cabinetry Adjustments -Bathroom Grouting and Caulking -Basic Electrical -Basic Plumbing -Tile & Grout Repair -Partial Bath/Kitchen Remodels Requirements: Experience in Home Maintenance/Remodeling Valid Drivers License Good Driving Record for Driving Company Vehicles Provide variety of own tools.  Good Communication Skills with Clients Filling out Paperwork Collecting payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed Pass Drug Screen Testing  Background Check  Monday thru Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm Compensation & Benefits: $28- $35/ hour Paid Vacation/Holidays/Sick Leave Health Insurance- Medical, Dental & Vision 401K Plan + Matching Mileage Reimbursement Bonus Plan It is the policy of Foster Remodeling to maintain a workplace free from the use and abuse of drugs and alcohol.
