The Oaks of Westlakes is a 268 unit 1 and 2 bedroom community with spacious floorplans and an excellent onsite team. The community is undergoing a renovation project and is under new ownership and management. You Have: A High School Diploma or equivalent Five years' experience in the maintenance field, two years' experience as Lead Maintenance Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with residents, management, and vendors. Ability to read, write and communicate in English Appliance, Electrical, HVAC, Painting and Plumbing experience Pools and Spa experience HVAC Certification required Background and pre-employment drug screening are required.
