Capital Property Management Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Level III Service Technician to join our team. We manage a wide variety of residential and commercial buildings in the Portland Metro area. Applicants must demonstrate mechanical aptitude and experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Candidates must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools (vehicle needs to be able to accommodate 6’step ladder). Full time Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm. Compensation $25-27 DOE +Fuel Stipend +On-Call stipend +Medical/Dental benefits after 60 Days +Uniforms provided Responsibilities include: Full Scope repairs and apartment turnover including occupied apartments Occasional supervisory role to oversee service technicians Accurately completing all related paperwork in a timely manner. Communicating proactively and comprehensively with residents and maintenance coordinators about the progress of on-going or delayed work orders. Maintaining good public relations and interact with clients, customers, and co-workers in a respectful and professional manner. On call availability operating on a rotating schedule with other team members Required Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in the following areas: Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry Excellent troubleshooting skills 3 years minimum experience in related field Must demonstrate high attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in all weather conditions Must be legally authorized work in the U.S. Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation after conditional job offer Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.
