Northwest Mechanical is looking to fill a full-time shop helper position within our growing sheet metal shop. Position Requirements: • This position requires physical activity, including but not limited to being able to lift and carry 60+ lbs and extended periods of; walking, standing, kneeling, and crouching. • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. • Have a valid driver license and clean driving record. • Excellent attendance and ability to work overtime hours if needed. • Positive team player attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to follow all safety and company procedures. • Knowledge of different types of hand tools; hammers, punches, drills, shears…ect.
