Hello I am desperately in need of help to get point out dirrection how to get my car Registered I lost the title no bill of sale I don’t know last owner he moved and I am stuck I need to get my car registered it was bought here in Oregon anyone knows how to go about it I’ve had it for two years just got my license but since I didn’t have it it’s been sitting now rain is coming and cold weather and I don’t want my kids walking to school in rain please anyone knows how or can help
