Excavation company looking for ppl

Hello we are a small excavation company we are looking to grow bigger. We pay 2nd and the 16th every month and we do residential houses for builders. Yes we do have 3 skid steers and two backhoes but only 3 operators and no labors. We always train our ppl to learn to operate and do labor work. M-F we work( I don’t do over time) but straight pay you can get all the hours you want. We do grade work prep work for concrete companies dig crawlers install water sewers and conduits. We also need ppl can shoot grade. The good thing about shoot grade it’s easy to learn and you start out 17 an hour. The person in this picture operating the back hoe in training. All he new to do is working on a farm look at him now. He’s close to operator pay but lot to learn. Text me or call we will talk and meet. Excavations work can be all year round depending on weather.
