MAINTENANCE TECH POSITION AVAILABLE! We are one of the largest property management companies in the valley and we are in need of knowledgeable and qualified maintenance technicians with general handyman knowledge valley wide. Job Description: Maintenance Technician - You will travel to several different locations during the day to complete pre-generated and scheduled work orders on single-family homes, town homes, and condos. The ideal candidate for this position will be proficient in the general aspects of maintenance such as residential plumbing, electrical, garbage disposal replacement, toilet replacement and rebuilds, hanging light fixtures and fans, replacing or repairing faucets, replacing hot water heaters and working on them. Drywall/painting experience a big plus! As an applicant, you will need the following: - Good, reliable truck or SUV with insurance and current registration - Most tools necessary to complete any needed repairs - MUST pass a criminal background check prior to hiring - MUST be able to efficiently operate iPhone and be technically competent - VALID driver license - MUST pass a drug test if requested Qualities must include: Great organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, self motivated, reliable, and honest, are key attributes for the successful candidate. Pay range is between $17.00 and $20.00 per hour to start and WE pay for gas!
