Milestone Industrial Welding Services LLC is currently looking for a few Labor Hand positions to be filled. LABOR HAND POSITIONS AVAILABLE This position requires the following skills and functions/duties: - Must be able to pass a drug test. - Must have a smart phone to use timekeeping software, driver’s license reliable transportation to and from work. - Maintain company equipment – keep in good clean orderly condition. All tools must be in working condition and supplies stocked on each work truck at all times. - Small tools and some construction experience. - Proficient in finishing grinding and cutting with grinder. - Work safely at all times. Adhere to all applicable safety policies. Comply with all company policies, procedures and standards. - Perform other related duties as assigned. - Able to perform job duties in a healthy productive manner both physically and mentally. - Work overtime as needed. - Able to receive instructions, corrections and feedback in a mature professional manner. Incl. Appropriate manner, conduct, and grooming. Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively. - Assist welding crew with whatever they need to get the job completed proficiently. Including but not limited to set up/clean up job sites - Safety and fire watch. Organize and provide quick responses and sharp thinking.
