We are a mail production facility in the Document Distribution and Payment Industry looking to fill an Inserter Operator position within our datacenter in Tempe, AZ.   Main Duties: *  Experience on Bell & Howell Enterprise swing arm systems.  *  Knowledge of USPS bulk mailing requirements including postal reports.  *  Ability to maintain daily production records.  *  Daily runs to the post office and occasional deliveries and pick-ups.   *  Able to operate a variety of equipment consisting of digital printers, folders, cutters, ink jetters and postage meters a plus. *  Mail production experience preferred.  Will train the right person.   Skills / Qualifications: *  Independent Self-Starter.  *  MUST have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. *  Requires someone who can multi-task, remain organized and focused on quality and accuracy of multiple tasks. *  Ability to evaluate basic mechanical issues on Inserting equipment and take necessary action to reduce downtime. *  Ability to perform in a 'deadline' based environment. *  Flexibility to extend the work day and provide extra time upon request including partial shifts on Saturdays. *  Basic computer skills.
