Need to rehome our 1yr old cat

We have a 1yr old spayed/UTD/chipped female cat. Birthday 9/2/2020 (around 8-10pm we believe) The last picture is when she was 3-5 weeks old. We loved watching her color come in, we have no idea what breed she is. I rescued her mother (stray). We rehomed the siblings and mother when the kittens were 2 months old. We have had her since she was born, literally in our apartment. SHE DOESN'T GET ALONG WITH OTHER CATS! We don't know about dogs as she has never been around any. She is my fur baby and spoiled. She sleeps with or ON me nearly every night. She sometimes has an attitude. She is talkative when she wants to be. She is well behaved, doesn't claw the furniture and has never had an accident after she potty trained herself when she was 4-5 weeks old. She has a preference on what food she will eat. We have tried to change it, didnt work out. Reason for rehoming her is we were misled with the company we work for and would be REQUIRED to either cap her nails or declaw her. As we don't know if she would have a bad reaction to the adhesive used with the caps and are ABSOLUTELY NOT going to declaw her, we decided we should rehome her as it is the more humane thing to do. We have a very difficult schedule, which will make this even harder. I work 12pm-12am so my responses will be erratic. I would have to ask that you come to us. Please text me if you can offer her a permanent home, I do not want her to be rehomed again. I will be asking a rehome fee as I want to be sure she will be taken care of. I also ask that I can get updates on her. (Please, actually update me. I don't like being lied to)
