Looking to Immediately Hire an Assistant to VP and Small Construction Consulting Firm Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Paperwork Organization Scan/File Electronically Data Entry Timecards Phone Calls Emails Copying Inventory Errands- Driving Included (must have clean driving record) Staff Lunch Organization Making Appointments Etc. Position Starts at $14/hour and goes up based on proficiency/experience at this position over time, can transition to salary position over time. Health Insurance/Dental Insurance/Vision Insurance 401k This is a great catch-all position. Must be proficient on the computer, with email, comfortable on the phone.
