Last seen at 11:00 pm on Thursday, September 30th at the corner of 13th and Washington. Rozwell is a microchipped 8-year-old, 10 lb. ginger/blonde Pomeranian Papillion mix (a lot of people say he looks like a long hair Chihuahua). He is very friendly with humans and likes most dogs.
