Preservation Contractor Needed

Richco Property Solutions, LLC is in search for contractors/Subcontractors who can perform preservation work and provide estimates for bank owned homes. We are looking for someone who can perform services such as lock changes, trash-outs, sales cleans, evictions, as well as the ability to complete standard maintenance/ preservation on the homes. Also, we require the ability to perform and provide estimates for all repair work such as fencing, landscaping(trimming), dead tree removals, siding, fascia, gutters, drywall, cabinetry, full and partial rehab work. Experience working on HUD, Fannie Mae, Wells Fargo, and PFC homes are preferred but not required. (We receive 85%-95% bid approvals from client)
