Iso small breed puppy

Me and my boyfriend are currently looking to add to our family (us and our kitten). We live in an apartment with a 40 pound wieght limit so must be small breed. Trying to stay under 4 months of age as we want it to grow with us and our kitten. Our kitten is only 4 months old and has been around dogs. We are hoping to spend no more than $250 on a puppy but are willing to negotiate within reason. Please contact me if you have a puppy that would work for us!
