Private Sewing Lessons! Are you a beginner to sewing, or someone who has some experience but would like to re-familiarize yourself with your machine or the craft of sewing? I offer 1:1 sewing lessons in my beautiful store and studio in historic downtown Auburn. Bring your sewing machine, or use one of mine, and get individual instruction on essential tools of the trade, reading a pattern, putting together a project, learning new sewing skills, or whatever you'd like to work on! I also teach hand sewing techniques and alterations. You'll have my personal attention and use of all the supplies in my studio. My rate for private lessons is $40/hour. About Me: I am a professional clothing and costume designer with my own clothing design studio that offers unique, handmade clothing and costume pieces with a historical feel. In my more than 30 years of experience I have developed a unique set of skills that I love to share with others. All classes are held at my store and studio located in the Gold Country Mall in historic downtown Auburn, California. Students will leave with new skills and/or products that they have created themselves.
