Building Maintenance & Labor $16.00 to $20.00 Per Hour (Cook County & area) compensation: $180 day, $20.00 equivalent, Per Hr based on experience employment type: full-time Can do 4 days a week as well 4 @ 10 hours Fall is here and our business is booming !!Never slows ! We need full, part time and temporary help. Experienced preferred but will train a reliable hard worker. Need drivers license, Must be able to perform thoughtful & laborious duties all day, building repairs, interior and exterior, handy man work, minor plumbing, minor electrical ( we can teach capable people ), etc. We are a real estate manager. We are a contractor. We are a landlord & apt manager. Have been in business over 20 years and have a loyal customer base. MUST have a valid drivers license! $16.00 to $20.00 per our based on experience. Must be able to work flexible hours as well. Must be able to speak, understand and read in English.
