Maintenance person needed: you would be responsible for all general maintenance of rental houses. This includes routine and preventive maintenance, turnover maintenance, basic knowledge of mechanical systems, plumbing, painting, turnover work and other duties to maintain properties. Ensure vacated apartments are in “make ready” condition for showing and renting. 3+ years of general maintenance experience required. Full time position offered at $16.00 per hour to start.
