We are here to make your dreams come true: 7:30-4:00 Monday-Friday. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Natural Earth Landscaping Pay Set-Up $17/HR - Rookie Landscape Laborer: Has a drive and passion to be outside and learn the trade. Has previous construction experience (see description below) and works hard to support the rest of the install team. $18/HR - $24/HR Somewhere between Rookie Landscape Laborer and Pro Landscape Laborer. (We bring you up according to your skill and appetite to learn and grow. We do this pretty fast if we see you deliver.) $25/HR Pro Landscape Laborer with 7-10 years experience. Knows the ins and outs of the landscape world and can handle anything with ease and professionalism. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Your daily responsibilities will include one or more items described below: Demolish cmu block walls, concrete paths, brick and driveways with Bobcat, rock bars, sledge hammers, and jackhammers. Demo trees, shrubs and dilapidated structures with chainsaws, pruners, sawzalls, chippers and chains. Demo lawns with sod cutters, picks, flat shovels, round shovels and rakes. Load and off load material for job sites from our work truck. Grade existing soil to create arroyos, rain gardens, mounding, paths, and patios with our full size and mini bobcat. Use shovels, rakes, bobcats, mini bobcats, and excavators to assist in the work. Receive cobble and large boulders on site to be set in beautiful lines as edging to natural garden pathways. Artistically lay boulders in graded areas as accent pieces. Receive and plant native shrubs, succulents, and trees. Trench irrigation for 3/4" Schedule 40 PVC supply lines. Use primer, glue and hand tools to connect lines. In some cases use copper and brass fittings to make connections to PVC. Attach inline poly drip emitters to PVC supply lines and provide connections at each tree and shrub species. Assist in setting up the valve manifold and control wire. Assist in mounting a smart controller using a drill and fasteners. Install low voltage landscape wire and LED landscape lighting and Receive decomposed granite, bird's eye gravel, and mulch to dress the entire landscape. Clean vehicles, grease machinery, sharpen tools. We create landscapes and gardens that are unlike any other. We start pay at $17/HR for those just starting out and will pay as much as $25/HR if you can do all of the items in the above description with professional results. Company Description: We design and install mostly residential properties, focusing on the higher end of the spectrum. We specialize in natives, edibles, artistic hardscape, rock work, and maintenance. We have been around for 15 years and getting better. Our work is mostly in Claremont area, from Rancho to Arcadia, however we are picking up more work on the west side and expect to expand to that region.
