Need help moving stuff in storage container

I am moving a 15x10 storage unit, at Extra Space storage, in Green Brook NJ (on HWY 22) into a POD that is fifty feet away. I need someone strong for 4 hours tomorrow (Friday) from 1-5 pm. There is a bed, a couch, boxes and misc stuff. I will help you move the big stuff. You will need to be strong and in shape to do this. I will pay for the full 4 hours even if you finish early. I am traveling so I won't be able to reach back out to you until tonight after 8 pm.
