Concrete: Man to make a concrete hot tub platform

I need a 3" concrete platform made for my new hot tub to level stone patio (it is being delivered on October 12th.) SEE PICTURES.) The dimensions are as follows: 7' (Long) x 6' (Width) x 3" (Height) It needs to the "hardened" within 48 hours (according to my hot tub company). I think is a one person job (or maybe one person and one help) who is VERY EXPERIENCED in leveling a concrete area. The hot tub area is in my backyard. An estimate of costs would be very helpful.
