The Facility Maintenance team is responsible for the general maintenance of the dealership to ensure a safe, clean environment for our customers and employees. The Facility Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for performing a wide variety of building maintenance including minor mechanical and repair work, and general services.So who are we, and what’s in it for you? Training and Growth Opportunity A positive, fun, team-driven environment filled with team parties and free food – a very important part of team buildingKey Responsibilities: Follow a schedule set by Facility Maintenance to oversee continuous maintenance of all systems and other general duties required to safely and properly operate the dealership. Assist the Handyman with the day-to-day needs of the dealership including but not limited to: Walking the dealership to identify areas that need repair or maintenance and follow up on corrective action. Maintaining grounds of the dealership. Checking for litter daily; attending to weeds and other needs. Ensuring carpet, cabinets, fabric, paint, and woodwork are properly maintained; leaky faucets or toilets repaired if necessary; spot interior painting; light appliance repair, re-caulking, repair or replace light fixtures and electrical cover plates. Other Duties as assignedJob Requirements:Mechanically Inclined/Handy-comfortable using basic tools like cordless drills, power washers, and wrenches. Clean Driving record- able to be on our insurance, able to back a camper or trailer, and have a Colorado Drivers License. A punctual, organized, creative, and detail-oriented mindset is required. May be required to participate in more than one assignment at a time with frequent interruptions, changes, and delays. This employee must be able to remain focused and work effectively and efficiently under such circumstances. Hardworking personality, positive attitude and can-do mentality. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. This employee will be physically able to be on their feet most of the day. This position reports to Facility Maintenance.
