BASIC JANITORIAL DUTIES FOR IN OFFICE & Ground Maintenance *TRASH REMOVAL * Clean tanker truck with power washer * keep truck parking lot clean * keep track of inventory in storage *Position is also responsible for grounds maintenance. *Must be able to adapt to changing work priorities. *Must be self-motivated and enjoy working independently as well as on a team. *Must be able to lift a maximum of 100 lbs. *Have a valid drivers license an is willing to drive a box-truck *RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION A MUST *MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 9PM TO 5PM 40 hours a week @ $16.00 an Hour = 640 *IF you are not a hard working person, please do not apply for this position. This job is in an office and outdoor environment.
