Maintenance Tech / Groundskeeper - Looking for FULL TIME Maintenance technician to assist Maintenance Manager oversee both grounds and property maintenance for our Mobile Home communities***Full Time, 40 hours a week, M-F 8am-5pm, $16-$18/hour***General responsibilities include: Primarily responsible for the daily upkeep of the grounds and appearance of the property; upkeep of community grounds and common areas, creating and maintaining curb appeal Managing watering system to optimize turf conditions Edging, blowing, cleaning Responsible for the Maintenance of Manufactured Homes. Clean space(s) as vacated, hallways, and grounds as needed Clean office, restrooms and common areas daily Performs physical site inspections of facilities Painting, general carpentry, light electrical and plumbing; i.e. changing light bulbs and ballasts, unclogging drains, hasp repair/replacement Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment including landscaping A general knowledge of site management that includes customer service skills and daily operational knowledge is required. Rehabbing of onsite or incoming homes. And additional items as neededMinimum Qualification: Possess a valid driver's license. Possess a high school diploma or GED. Be able to deal with conflict and handle in a professional and calm manner. Be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Be able to bend over easily in order to open unit doors, weed facility grounds, sweep, etc. Be able to read and understand documents including policy manual, checklistsSuccessfully complete background check Please apply online with Osprey Management at:
