MOT FLAGGING / CONSTRUCTION LABORERS (Lecanto) No Vaccination Requirements. IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO TRAVEL, THIS JOB IS NOT THE JOB FOR YOU! (have to be able to be away from your house from 2-5 days) Work includes flagging traffic when needed, general landscaping, smoothing out ruts, seed/straw, laying sod, wrecking out concrete sidewalks/curbs, framing and pouring/finishing new sidewalks/curbs. As a growing company, we are looking for employees that are wanting a company home that allows for growth. Approximately 25% of our employees have experienced promotions within 120 days. Pay and Benefits: PAY: Starting Hourly rate: $15.00/hr (Straight Time - first 40 hrs/week) $22.50/hr (Over Time - any hours over 40 hrs/week). Perdiem paid at $20/night (for overnight stays only - Company pays hotel directly for stays). An additional bonus of $250.00 paid through payroll earned after 90 days of employment with good performance (1 missed day allowable with prior notice). BENEFITS: Disability Insurance - Eligible after 90 days of Take-home, company provided pick-up trucks for employees who have attained the role of Foreman or above. REQUIREMENTS: Must have valid driver's license (Nonnegotiable) Must have reliable mode of transportation (typically, our employees meet up either at the job site or catch a ride with a foreman driving a company truck but wanted to check with you on that). Must be able to travel with overnight stays. The job requires travel and overnight stays within Florida often. MORE ABOUT THE COMPANY: R.O.W.
