Over the past several years of taking our HEROES out kayak fishing, we have learned first-hand the "triple therapy" of kayak fishing: Physical therapy with paddling and fishing. Occupational therapy in learning new skills and occupying the mind. Mental therapy in relaxation and recognizing the freedom of being on the water.
