Facilities Manager – Full time Salary - $35,000 - $40,000 plus health insurance Synagogue in Northern Westchester. Is responsible for ensuring that all building systems operate correctly and are maintained to prevent breakdown. Should be able to identify and repair minor plumbing and electrical issues. Works to improve the building’s operating efficiency and appearance. Oversees relationships with outside contractors. This position responds to requests from staff for repairs, set ups and maintenance under the supervisions of the executive director. Experience working in a school or similar facility preferred. Hours include nights and weekends as needed. Must be on call for emergency situations
