Producer looking for another producer

What's up... I'm looking to move away from "producing" alone and be more of a writer/exec producer. I need a partner to join me. Important - I don't want to engineer anymore and rather add to beats than be the builder/composer. I lost interest in all that. Think of me as a director, from now on. If that doesn't work, HEADS UP, you're wasting time reading the rest of this. I'm not a dictator, I'm just a director at this point in my life. I critique, but you can, too. I don't add/change things just 'cuz. Trust me. Important - I'm only interested in commercial music. That doesn't mean bad or simple. Just radio/movie/TV-capable. And doesn't even need to be "pop". It could be H.E.R. or Giveon style, for example. Ideally I'd like a Doja Cat or Childish Gambino vibe... something a little more creative than most... but I'm more open-minded than anybody you know, promise. My goal is to get stuff placed, sold or licensed. That's it. Nothing that doesn't aim for money. Important - this isn't for hobby. Not important - I want to find a local head with their own studio. I have one, but I want you to be comfortable and not inconvenienced with travel. I also want to find a vocalist, but I'll be that if we don't get it. Keep in mind this can be a partnership of more than just "us". But just "us" feels like the quickest way to get started. Also, I play any instrument that we ever need, if ever needed.
