Come play in a safe high vibrational conscious movement container and and reconnect with your soul. Unleash your highest expression by dropping into an inspirational breathwork practice led by Doug Sweeney, then flow into a tribal yogic movement flow evolves into a full on dance container co-led by Kimmy Hidalgo - a queen of movement and flow and Doug Sweeney on the decks playing tribal beats that touch your soul. 3-4pm: Opening Cacao Ceremony, Breathwork for Embodiment (Doug), 4-5:15pm: Embodied Dance Yoga to Warm Up (Kimmy) into Embodied Ecstatic Dance Party (Doug & Kimmy) 5:15pm: Closing Circle & Integration w/ Bill Byrnes Cacao, tea and water served.
