Responsible for the delivery of the customer experience with Magic Bubbles’ pressure cleaning services. He/she will work in a team setting to perform efficient, considerate, and unbelievably-clean execution of our services and brand promise. Service Specialist Responsibilities: Assist in ensuring the truck is ready for the daily schedule including: fuel, chemicals, water, paver sealer, misc. supplies as needed. Ensure truck is clean and in the most presentable condition for customer presentation. Appearance and professionalism are imperative at all times. This requirement applies to employees and the jobsite (uniforms, visible logos/signage left at each jobsite). Take direction from Lead Service Specialist as to which areas are to be cleaned in most efficient manner at jobsites. Flush chemical lines at the end of each day. Continuous training for possible advancement into Lead Service Specialist role. Takes direction from Lead Service Specialist while following proper cleaning protocol and techniques.
