Immediate opening for Maintenance Workers - No experience necessary Become a handyman for a property management company of 700+ units. The employee will need to commute to different properties spread out in the greater Broward and Palm Beach County area. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Painting Patching walls, drywall repairs. Minor electrical work. HVAC a plus, but not required. Pressure cleaning. Mulching. General upkeeping of the property. Plumbing. General Maintenance. Requirements: Must have transportation or be available to be at different job sites/apartment buildings. Speak English or Spanish Knowledge with smart phone Willing to report to a supervisor Property Locations: Margate, Hollywood, Ft Lauderdale, Lake Worth, Palm Springs, Coral Springs, Davie, Tamarac, Hallandale, Pompano, Green Arches, Oakland Park, and West Palm Beach.
