I have a female Blue ringneck unsure of her age, She does not like being in a room with other birds and will over preen her feather. She does NOT talk. She loves being out of her cage, she is full flighted rehoming fee applies or open to trades, No snakes. She will come with her cage and toys. she will eat pellets or seeds she likes them both.
