I'm Flor de Maria McNally, a Maryland native, now in Greater Cincinnati living the dream of building a client centric business that helps our people build wealth and financial freedom through real estate. I was recruited back to KW in 2018 and it changed my life forever. The difference between joining in 2015-2017 and then in 2018 is that I was encouraged to dive into the systems/models/tools that Keller Williams offered. I attended all the major trainings, interviewed Mega Agents, hired a MAPS coach, and went to all the major KW events. I lived and breathed the models for 2 years and grew my business from 1.4 million and 9 units to 20 million and 96 units in 2020. Through this experience, I decided it was time to pay it forward and contribute back to other agents like me with big dreams and needing mentorship/training.
