Join us for our upcoming Wine + Dine Workshop on October 16th at Gather in Modesto.
Rose Miano of Cucina Pazza will teach you how to prepare butternut squash ravioli filled with garden-fresh ingredients and finished with a delicious brown butter sage sauce. Kelly & Candace Mantel of Pour People will serve a flight of specially selected Lodi wines, provide education on the wine and winemaker, pairing basics and the art of wine tasting like a pro.
The experience will begin with a flight of wine and charcuterie, then be rounded out by a crunchy seasonal salad and homemade baguettes. We’ll conclude together as we dine on our amazing creations.
What to expect:
