Pace Property Management is searching for the next member of our team! We need a landscaper/snow removal technician. This position will be full time during mowing season and reduces to part time during the winter months. The ideal person will mow, use weed eater, blower, weed sprayer and power washer as needed to maintain the apartment buildings we manage. During the off season we are able to offer part time hours doing snow removal, ice melt application, refilling ice melt buckets at the apartment buildings, and various other entry level maintenance tasks. Pace Property Management has been in business for over six years, is based in Iowa City and is one of the fastest growing management companies in the area. This position is perfect for someone looking to get in with a company and learn the industry. Rate of pay is $15 hourly. Work schedule is primarily Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 4:30pm, however weekend/on call hours occur during snow removal season. Please send resume or stop by our office to complete an application.
