In this 5-day workshop we will be going through the steps of how to incorporate "Prize Fighter" Routines to become the person you want to Inside and out. Push through obsticles by setting up an ecosystem designed to support your goals. My Name is Ramell Taylor. I'm a Former Pro Basketball Player, and a currenct Certified Fitness and Nutrition Specialist, But before that, I was a poor inner city kid from Detroit, MI with no resources except resourcefulness. I originally dropped out of high school in my senior year, which was a very humbling experience. I knew that my life was goiing to be unfufilled and difficult if I didn't make a change. That awakening moment allowed me to take ownership of my decisions and somehow I graduated on top of my class magnum cum laude while playing both Division 1 College and Professional basketball. I have a pasion for helping others reach their potential peak and unlock this person insided of them that is dying to come out and say hi. It takes CONSISTENCY, SUSTAINABILITY, ACCOUNTABILITY AND RECOVERY. I'm here to show you how get it done!
