Tour de Foundry returns for a second time on Saturday, October 30th from 10am to 2pm with a one-of-a-kind spooky Fort Worth experience! Grab your costumes and get ready for a witchy ride. The ride will start and end at The Foundry District. Foundry is anchored by Inspiration Alley, one of the top “Outdoor Art Experiences” in the United States by Forbes and over 70+ pieces of fine art to be enjoyed in everyday life. It’s an exhibition of inspiration, where culture is not only crafted but found in the most unexpected of places. The Tour de Foundry: Ghost Ride will kick off at 10 am at Trinity Coffee House, where riders are encouraged to taste one of their fall custom potions before embarking on a two-wheeled spooky adventure through Fort Worth. Ride your way through haunted cemeteries, dodging ghouls and goblins, and end up in the historic (and haunted) Fort Worth Stockyards. Learn about the paranormal activity in the Stockyards as you experience Cowtown Winery’s infamous Ghost Tour before heading to Second Rodeo Brewing for lunch and a guaranteed good time. Sharing scary stories over wings and nachos is not only encouraged but expected. The ride will end in Foundry, with riders encouraged to trick-or-treat their way over to local Foundry businesses once we return. The details: The route is 10 miles in total. Participants will be provided a Fort Worth Bike Sharing e-bike upon arrival. Ticket price includes one beverage at Trinity Coffee House, an exclusive ghost tour of the Stockyards, and lunch at Second Rodeo Brewing. Additional food and beverage purchases can be made at each stop. Costumes are not only welcome but encouraged. Best costume will win a treat-filled, custom-curated cauldron.
