An evening with Community Leadership Fellows for updates and progress on the leadership development program for Westside residents Community Leadership Fellows (CLF) is a leadership program that involves; educational workshops, tactical trainings, collaborative learning, coaching, mentoring and networking. We believe that the investment in homegrown talent will lead to sustainable, vibrant communities. Through Fellowship participation and ongoing alumni support, we expect that each Community Leadership Fellow will gain valuable knowledge, skills, relationships and preparation necessary to take meaningful steps towards racial equity. By the end of programming, Fellows will have outlined a five year action plan towards racial equity . We commit to supporting Fellows as alumni so they can successfully implement their plan. Steps in that plan may include: Embarking on a continued path towards growth in civic leadership Working on executive leadership teams to develop and lead processes within their organizations Serving on a board or committee Being selected to serve on a commission Running for elected office Creating a new committee, task force, or advisory board
