Local fast-growing family owned and operated business for over 15 years needs a General Laborer/ Driver Assistant to join our team. The right candidate would be dependable, growth mindset, positive attitude, willing to work OT and safety driven. General Laborer/ Driver Assistant Job Responsibilities: • Must be friendly, professional, and responded quickly to clients’ needs/wants, while providing exceptional service. • Ability to build positive relationships with clients daily. • Self-motivated and work well in a team setting • Attention to detail and must follow directions well. • Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product • Forklift and front loader experience • Assist with daily pickups with multiple stops; this would include communicating with clients, removing and replacing bins at service locations. • Help with bailing production. • Bin prep • Clean and organize shop and shred truck • Must be able to lift 50lbs • Service areas would include Whatcom, Skagit, Island and North Snohomish County. • Bi-lingual a plus Education and Experience • Education: Not required • Experience: Fork Lift experience is a must Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements • Must be 21 years of age. • Eligible to legally work in the United States. • Must be able to pass background check and random drug tests. • Mask required and clean Covid test prior to starting. To start the hours will be Monday – Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Possible OT and Weekend work. Health Ins. Benefits and AFLAC, 6+ yearly paid holidays available after 90 days
