Basement Tile Job - Open space, no prep work

Need semi-skilled tiling person to tile basement floor. We will use 12" x 12" plain ceramic tile directly on concrete. No floor prep needed except for sweeping floor and moving any furniture from one end to the other as it gets done. It's an open space and tile cutting will be minimal. I can provide tile cutting machine so all that is needed is labor. It should not take someone who has done tiling before (even if as a helper) more than 4 days with 6 hours of effort per day to complete the job. The total area is around 800-900 sf. Wanted someone who can do a quick job and for a reasonable price. Please quote one price for the entire job (laying tile and grouting) that will be finished in one go whether it takes a total of 3 days or 4 days or 5 days. Attach picture of sample of any tile job done previously - just want to make sure person is not doing it first time. Many thanks
