THE OXTAIL EXPERIENCECHEF COMPETITION The evening will feature stellar oxtail creations from each chef, battling it out for smack talking rights. Chefs are challenged to create their most inventive and tasty dishes. BARTENDER COMPETITION This year we've added and additional element! The bartenders will throw their hat in the ring to create their best cocktail. Two winners will be crowned  for Chef & Bartender.
