Express the divine feminine goddess within you and unleash your creativity at this unique art workshop Hi! My name is Cree and I am so very excited to lead this art workshop. I am a mother, wife to my partner & co-founder of Project Human X, Marquez and full time artist. Together at this workshop we will create powerful works of art that reflect our deepest desires, memories and beauty. We women endure so much everyday. So much pain, stress and worry. We worry about everyone else’s needs before we begin to take care of ourselves. Why? Because we are full of SO MUCH love. We truly care about others and tend to over-step being so nurturing that we forget to nurture ourselves. That is why I want to provide this workshop. This is for US. This is to help us let GO. Even if it’s just for this night, no fear, no troubles will be present. Just loving ourselves and letting go. By coming to this event, you are taking a step towards taking care of your creative side. Creating art releases stress and anxiety. I will help you leave with a painting you will love for the rest of your life. How it works: 1. Purchase your ticket 2. Email a portrait style or selfie of yourself to [email protected] . I will create a pencil sketch of you before the event. This just makes it easier for you, so you will not have to draw yourself. 3. Tell some girlfriends about the event. We could all use some self care. 4. Do something that makes you happy each day until you arrive. Even if it’s the smallest thing. An extra long shower, a short walk outside, listening to music in the car. We just want you to feel good. 4. Come to our art center located on “The Island” 715 S University Avenue, Carbondale IL. Parking is available in the front of the building & across the street from Evolve Apartments. You are welcome to bring food and drinks of your choice 5.
