Field/Construction/Manager/Coordinator

Alpha Team is a rapidly growing property management, and construction renovation company, currently looking for a dedicated bilingual (English Spanish) field coordinator, who can oversee the operation and execution of services, projects, construction, and maintenance operations. This includes site inspection, maintenance oversight, visit to clients or repairs, coordinating the efforts of multiple contractors on a construction project. Our Field coordinator makes sure the correct staff, equipment and materials are on hand to complete work on time and according to expectations. Strong people skills are required as there is a constant interaction with field workers, clients, and third-party material suppliers. Our field coordinator ensures the smooth operation of field activities, including field safety and work quality, and its coordination with our main office. Main responsibilities Coordinate work orders Inspect renovation projects. Manage maintenance operations. Serve as liaison between management and field operations. Drive to and from different properties, and projects. Skills and Abilities Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Ability to work well with others, and excellent customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment. Excellent time management skills. Possess Honesty, Integrity and Work Ethic. Education & Experience 2+ years of relevant experience in residential construction, facility management, reviewing bids/estimates and change orders, and/or property management maintenance coordination Physical Requirements/Environment Position requires sitting, walking, driving for extended periods of time. This is a labor-intensive position working outdoors in all weather conditions, requiring regular heavy lifting. Candidates must provide their own transportation. Will be compensated for gas.
