Description
A. Insure supervisor understanding and implementation
B. Enforcement throughout the project
C. Answers employee’s questions regarding policies or procedures in a timely manner.
2. Administration
A. Attend Weekly staff meetings
B. Daily meetings with Building Lead Supervisor’s
C. Assist with supervisor/lead meetings as needed with employees
D. Safety programs: Development, implementation and coordination
Weekly or biweekly for 15 minutes or a daily statement / reminder
that takes 2 minutes
E. Utilization and control of labor and materials
(Is the customer getting its money’s worth?)
F. Daily control of hours, of overtime hours
G. Make sure your teams have the tools they need to do the job
3. Training programs: Development, implementation and coordination
A. Recruitment (Actively seeking new employees)
B. Evaluation and Testing
C. Orientation
D. Placement
E. Retraining and Skill Matching
F. Supervisor Development
2-10 pm must work Sundays....
