We are looking for a hard working and dedicated Housekeeper for one of our Apartment Communities in Cypress, TX. Job Requirement: *Minimum 1 year Apartment Housekeeping experience *Cleans vacant apartments for resident move-ins *Cleans apartment community’s office, club area, clothes care centers and storage area. *Trashes out vacant apartments as required *Assists with market readies as needed *Works overtime, weekend, holiday and evening work as required *Acts as a team member with all associates of the management staff *Complies with all policies and procedures as outlined in the Operations Manual *Performs other duties as assigned by the Property Manager *Stable work history is a plus *Must have reliable transportation We offer full benefits including Medical, Dental, Life, Paid Vacation, Rent Discounts, and Education Assistance. **Please apply ONLY if you live or can relocate WITHIN 30 MINUTES from Cypress, TX** We look forward to you joining our FANTASTIC team!!
