Description

Looking for 3 office assistants to help with data entry / office administrative assistant duties. Quickbooks and Excel experience is preferred but will train the right person. Need someone who pays attention to detail, has good computer skills, and willing to learn is required. Skills and Qualities: • Result-oriented and possess strong verbal and written communications skills while being persuasive and polite in tone and delivery. • Maintain a professional appearance. • Strong interpersonal, analytical, team building and problem-solving skills. • Must be organized and possess a high level of administrative ability to effectively manage duties and required documentation. • Possess excellent customer service skills. This full-time position will need to be available to work 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with a half hour lunch.
