Discover the stories and inspiration behind their latest book, and how Rise & Run can help you revamp your morning routine. No event with the authors of Run Fast Eat Slow would be complete without having an opportunity to run alongside them! We know nothing makes you appreciate good food like a great run so join us before the book signing event for a 5k shakeout run with our host Shalane and Elyse along the beautiful Chicago Lakefront Trail. All paces are welcome and encouraged to join. Ticket price includes a copy of Rise & Run shipped to your home address (US only), book talk, 5k shakeout run, and meet & greet with the chance to get an autographed bookplate and selfie. Since our book launch date is delayed until Oct 26th, all books will be shipped after the event. Please note: Capacity is extremely limited. This event is expected to sell-out.
